Shipping policy

FREE standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Cowboy hats and saddles are excluded. Free shipping applies to our standard shipping option only. Faster services remain available at the customer’s expense.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of when your order is placed.  Please contact us at doublecwesternsupply@gmail.com if you need to make changes before the item has shipped.

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be provided.  If you do not receive your order please contact Double C so we can help investigate and call your local USPS with tracking information.  Orders do not have insurance over the included $50 insurance provided by providers.
