Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of when your order is placed. Please contact us at doublecwesternsupply@gmail.com if you need to make changes before the item has shipped.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing or returning an item.
Orders will be shipped via USPS and UPS ground and a tracking number will be provided. If you do not receive your order please contact USPS and UPS with tracking information. Orders do not have insurance over the included $50 insurance provided by the USPS.

Returned packages must be received within 14 days of your package delivery date. Product must not be damaged and product should be unworn and unwashed, without makeup stains, deodorant stains and pet hair or smoke smell.
Once your item is received a credit will be applied to your account or item will be exchanged. Returns are at buyers expense.
