Orders ship within 3 business days of being placed. If you need to make changes before your order ships, please email doublecwesternsupply@gmail.com.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground, and tracking information will be provided. If your package has not arrived, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges

Returned packages must be received within 14 days of your package’s delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke odor.
Eligible returns are accepted for store credit or refunds only, no exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once your return is received and meets these requirements, store credit will be issued or your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping
If you purchased Redo return coverage with your order, the return shipping label for an eligible store-credit return or exchange is covered. Without Redo return coverage, return shipping is at your expense.
